Accessibility

Upon Arrival

Parking is located west of the Museum with four handicap spaces available.
A lift is located at the very front of the Museum, allowing guests to bypass the entry steps. Additionally, there is elevator access on every floor making every visit very accessible for everyone.

Service Animals

Animals are not permitted in the Museum, with the exception of service animals. Service animals must be wearing the identifiable assistive-companion vest. Pets should not be left in parked cars for any length of time.

During Your Visit

Wheelchairs may be checked out free-of-charge and on a first come, first served basis in exchange for a valid ID card at the Box Office.

All of the Museum’s exhibit videos are closed-captioned and transcriptions of the audio tours are available. Additionally, guided tours can be prearranged for individuals with visual disabilities. Please provide two weeks reasonable notice of your visit and fill out the form here.

Additionally, Moe-Bot virtual tours are offered to school groups and guests around the world. If someone is physically unable to visit the Museum in person they are welcomed to take the Moe-Bot virtual tour free of charge. Please fill out the online form here to book a virtual tour.
