Upon Arrival

Parking is located west of the Museum with four accessible spaces available.
A lift is located at the very front of the Museum, allowing guests to bypass the entry steps. Additionally, there is elevator access on every floor making every visit very accessible for everyone.

Service Animals

Animals are not permitted in the Museum, with the exception of service animals. Service animals must be wearing the identifiable assistive-companion vest. Pets should not be left in parked cars for any length of time.

During Your Visit

Wheelchairs may be checked out free-of-charge and on a first come, first served basis in exchange for a valid ID card at the Box Office.

All of the Museum’s exhibit videos are closed-captioned and transcriptions of the audio tours are available.

Families

Strollers are permitted in the Museum exhibit spaces. Family restrooms are located on every floor of the Museum, with the exception of the basement.

We welcome breastfeeding and bottle-feeding in all spaces. A Mamava lactation pod is available to visitors and is conveniently located on the basement floor of The Mob Museum. Download the Mamava app to plan your visit and unlock the pod while you are here.

Audio Tours
