Join The Mob Museum’s monthly curated whiskey tasting, hosted in the Underground speakeasy and distillery. On April 13, Pernod-Ricard Portfolio Specialist and award-winning bartender Raul Faria will introduce guests to the Louisville, Kentucky-based Jefferson’s Bourbon. Jefferson’s is known for its experimental blending and aging techniques. Taste the complexity of four of Jefferson’s expressions paired with luxurious chocolates from Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier.
Raul Faria has 15 years of experience in high-profile venues and is a leader in the local bartending community. He served in virtually every type of venue — from nightlife to fine dining to dive bar to craft cocktails — before jumping to the supply and education side of the industry.
