Journey to Justice Bus Tour: A Traveling Exhibition on Solitary Confinement
Step aboard the Journey to Justice bus — a traveling museum hosted in a repurposed school bus built to examine the use of solitary confinement in U.S. prisons and jails. Making its Las Vegas stop at The Mob Museum, the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, this national tour is hosting a compelling one-day event with feature speakers who spent time in solitary confinement, alongside the powerful touring exhibit and its mobile library of resources. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a life-size solitary confinement cell, hear accounts from individuals once held in solitary, and learn about the legal, social and historical aspects of the practice.

The Journey to Justice experience is presented by Unlock the Box, a National Campaign to educate on the nation’s prison system and advocate against the use of solitary confinement.
