Halloween returns to The Mob Museum’s Underground speakeasy and outdoor Starlight Plaza for a haunting bash with specialty craft cocktails, a costume contest and live music. Mimi and the Rivieras play The Starlight Plaza and Coco and The Sidecars play The Underground.
