The Mob Museum’s monthly Community Safety Forums continue on Sunday, December 17, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Join us for an inside look into traffic stops and why they are an area of focus in police officer training. Learn the protocol officers use in routine traffic stops, so that you can have the most productive interaction with the police in these types of situations.

An officer from Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department will address the different types of governing laws, including constitutional, federal, state, county ordinances and city. Various types of police stops such as consensual, reasonable and probable also will be discussed.

Registration is required.
