Community Safety Forum: Internet and Cellphone Safety for Children
Each month, The Mob Museum partners with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and other local agencies to host Community Safety Forums – free public programs focused on pertinent issues that affect Southern Nevada.
In October, the Museum will host the Community Safety Forum program on Internet and Cellphone Safety for Children.
This forum will focus on how to keep children safe when they use the internet and their cell phones. It will define the types of crimes that exist over the internet, who to contact if your child is a victim, as well as provide strategies, tips and resources.
This month our speaker will be Sgt. Joshua Stark.
This program is free, but registration is required.
Free Admission to The Mob Museum following the event to guests attending Community Safety Forums sponsored by NV Energy. Also thanks to NV Energy’s generous support, The Mob Museum will provide live streaming of the presentations on our website.
This monthly program is part of a joint Mob Museum-Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department partnership, sponsored by NV Energy, presenting a series of Monthly Community Safety Forums Sundays.
