​​Historian Larry Gragg, author of the most authoritative biography of Bugsy Siegel, has dug further into the Mob’s origins in Las Vegas with his new book, Bugsy’s Shadow, a detailed look at Moe Sedway. Sedway was Siegel’s righthand man in Las Vegas for several years before a falling out that culminated in Siegel’s murder. Sedway, often a forgotten man, is given his rightful due as a pivotal figure in the history of Las Vegas.
