Sam Carlino tells the gripping tale of his grandfather, Pete Carlino, and great-uncle, Sam Carlino, who controlled the flow of illegal alcohol from southern Colorado to Denver from 1922 to 1931. With intimate photos and new revelations, author Sam Carlino sheds light on a dark chapter in Colorado history.
