Pulp Fiction

1994: Quentin Tarantino, director; starring John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Harvey Keitel, Christopher Walken, Bruce Willis. Hugely influential black crime comedy from Tarantino, who weaves three intersecting stories into a day-long narrative starring two contract killers for the Mob (Travolta and Jackson) whose oddball conversations are a highlight.
