THE MOB MUSEUM SELECTED AS ONE OF LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL’S TOP WORKPLACES

LAS VEGAS (February 2014) – The Mob Museum – The National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Top Workplaces.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States.  Over the past year, more than 5,000 organizations and 1 in every 88 employees in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees. Through its workplace improvement offerings, WorkplaceDynamics provides solutions, training and tools to help clients improve their workplace.

In the survey, The Mob Museum’s employees cited the organization’s strong values and ethics, their confidence in the Museum’s leadership and an atmosphere that was conducive to sharing new ideas. In addition, they indicated they feel genuinely appreciated at the Museum and have a job that makes them feel like part of something meaningful.

“This distinction reflects our whole team philosophy, from staff to Board of Directors,” said Jonathan Ullman, executive director, The Mob Museum. “It might just be our proudest accomplishment yet.”

The Review-Journal published the complete list of Top Workplaces on February 10. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, please visit www.topworkplaces.com and www.workplacedynamics.com.
