He served as president and chief operating officer for Zeno, a boutique agency that specialized in research-driven marketing communications campaigns for its clients. In his six years with Zeno, Jerry rebranded and reorganized the company, expanded into numerous new markets, established leading edge practice groups and significantly expanded its client base.

Epstein also spent 17 years with Fleishman-Hillard International, Inc., serving as regional president and a member of the Operating Committee.
