This presentation will cover the laws and procedures surrounding police stops and consents to search. An officer from Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department will address the different types of governing laws, including constitutional, federal, state, county ordinances and city. Various types of police stops such as consensual, reasonable and probable also will be discussed.
