Crisis intervention, support, referrals, encouraging safety practices to reduce the likelihood of future victimization, education and empowerment – these are the jobs performed daily by the Victims Services Detail. This presentation will discuss the different types of victims and resources available for each specific type as well as look into ways to avoid becoming a victim.
