President of Moving People to Action®., Amy Ayoub, is a lifelong Las Vegan who has successfully operated three independent local businesses and in 2010, sold her highly profitable fundraising business. As president of Moving People to Action®., a speaking and motivational consulting firm, Ayoub is recognized as one of Southern Nevada’s premier networking experts and is a sought-after speaking coach and corporate presenter. Ayoub serves as a consultant to Leadership Nevada, where she is responsible for the curriculum development and implementation. She is a former licensed financial planner and has been a successful fundraiser for over 30 years, raising over $100 million for numerous political and charitable causes. Governor Kenny Guinn selected her as the first female to serve on the Nevada Athletic Commission in 1999. That same year, Ayoub chaired the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ), which presented her with its Community Hero award in 2000. Las Vegas’ Centennial Committee also named Ayoub one of the women responsible for shaping the city during its first 100 years of growth. In Business Las Vegas honored her as one of the Most Influential Businesswomen of 2003.
